From the moment I arrived the friendliness and professionalism was evident. Erika and Renato at the reception, Joao, Pedro, Harlem and Karine at the cafeteria and Val cleaning my room made my stay that much more pleasant. I have nothing negative to say. Good location with walking distance to shops and restaurants, taxi at the door and more.
